The three plans
These are the Trades.Agency plans as published on trades.agency/pricing. Roofing.Finance uses the same prices.
| Plan | Month-to-month | Annual billing (per month) |
|---|---|---|
| Growth | $1,999 | $1,499 |
| Elite | $3,999 | $2,999 |
| Enterprise | $7,999 | $5,999 |
In plain terms: Growth is the core marketing package for an established roofing company. Elite widens the work across more channels and halves the cost of a Trades.Agency website design package. Enterprise gives you a dedicated team and priority support, and includes a website design and build in whichever package you choose.
All prices are before sales tax: 5% GST in BC, the Prairies and the territories, 13% HST in Ontario, 14% in Nova Scotia, 15% in NB, NL and PEI, and 5% GST plus 9.975% QST in Quebec.
How the plans map to roofing financing work
For a roofing company marketing a financing program, the plans usually fit like this:
- Growth suits a company that wants its financing pages, estimate follow-up and tracking in place, with ads either modest or handled elsewhere.
- Elite suits a company that also wants replacement-season campaigns and estimator scripts, and possibly a website rebuild at the discounted design rate.
- Enterprise suits larger roofing companies with several crews or locations that want a dedicated team and a new website included.
We'll suggest a plan after the first conversation, based on your numbers rather than on what's easiest to sell.
What drives the cost
Several factors decide which plan makes sense:
- How many services you need. Pages and follow-up alone need less work than a full multi-channel season.
- Ad management. Running paid search through a busy spring takes more time than organic work.
- Service area size. One city is simpler than several regions with different seasons.
- Website condition. If your site can't support a financing page properly, it may need rebuilding, which affects the plan choice.
- Lender review cycles. Some lenders review every piece of copy, which adds coordination time.
None of these change the published prices; they change which plan fits.
Is it worth it? A quick test
Use your own figures. If your average replacement is $16,000 at a 30% gross margin, each signed roof contributes about $4,800 before overheads. On the Growth plan at $1,499 a month billed annually, the yearly cost is $17,988 plus GST/HST. That's covered by roughly four extra signed roofs a year, before counting ad spend or dealer fees.
Whether four extra roofs is realistic depends on how many estimates you lose on price. The estimate math guide walks through it with dealer costs included. If the arithmetic doesn't work, we'll tell you.
What's never in the price
- Commissions on loans or financed jobs. We don't take them.
- Lender fees. Any dealer fee or merchant discount is between you and your lender.
- Ad spend. Paid directly to the platforms.
- Setup surprises. Costs are agreed in writing before work begins.
Questions to ask before choosing a plan
Before committing to any plan, with us or anyone else, it's worth answering these honestly:
- How many replacement estimates did you lose last season on price or timing?
- Does your lender program cost you a dealer fee, and how much?
- Can your crews take more work next season, or is the schedule already full?
- Who in your office will record the simple counts that tracking needs?
If you can't answer the first two, start with the free consultation and the tracking service rather than a larger plan.
How to start
Start with the free 30-minute consultation. Reach us on (604) 632-4959 by phone or text, or at Ali@Sedighi.ca, as described on the contact page. Bring last season's estimate count, signing rate and average ticket, and we'll tell you which plan, if any, makes sense. Answers to common questions about contracts and ownership are on the FAQ page.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Every plan runs month to month; to stop, give us 30 days' notice. Annual billing is optional and lowers the monthly price.
Does the price include ad spend?
No. Ad spend is paid directly to the ad platform from your own account. Our plan covers planning, writing, management and reporting.
Do you charge a fee per financed job?
No. We don't take commissions on loans or financed jobs, which keeps our advice independent of how many homeowners finance.
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. If your roofing business is eligible, the first 30 minutes cost nothing and commit you to nothing; it's separate from the paid plans.
