Roofing.Finance is a marketing and business consulting service for one specific job: helping roofing companies market the homeowner-financing programs that licensed lenders offer. We plan the website pages, estimate wording, ads, follow-up and tracking. We don't lend, broker loans, quote rates, give legal advice or touch a roof.

Who we are

Roofing.Finance is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies. It's a Canadian business, headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, and serves roofing companies in every province and territory.

The group has two parts that matter to you:

  • Sedighi.ca is Ali Sedighi's growth, marketing and technology consulting company. Trades.Agency, HVAC.Agency, HVAC.Digital, Conv.ca and BusinessConsulting.ca are among the brands it operates.
  • SAZ.ca (Strategy & Acceleration Zone) handles the group's strategy, AI and revenue-acceleration consulting from Canada. Ali founded it and remains its Founder & Managing Partner.

Roofing.Finance sits within the Trades.Agency family, which serves trades and home-service businesses and publishes the plan prices we use.

Ali Sedighi, MBA

Ali Sedighi leads Roofing.Finance. His credentials start with an MBA in Technology Management, and his marketing career now spans 17+ years. It began in 2007 with ONE.ir, a full-service digital marketing agency. He now lives and works in Vancouver.

Since then, Ali has:

  • founded Conv.ca, a conversion-rate optimisation agency, and MyAutomation.ca
  • founded SAZ.ca, where he is Founder & Managing Partner
  • worked with clients in Canada, the USA and Dubai
  • built 150+ live HVAC websites, including CombiBoiler.ca, GasBoilers.ca and HVACDeal.ca

That HVAC background is directly relevant to roofing finance. Heating and cooling replacements share the same problem as roofs: a large, often postponable purchase where the price conversation decides the job. You can see what that work achieved on our results page, presented as results from our HVAC work.

What we are, and what we aren't

Being precise about our role protects you and your customers.

We are:

  • a digital marketing and business consulting service for roofing companies
  • writers of financing pages, estimate wording, ads, scripts and follow-up, using your lender's approved descriptions
  • builders of simple tracking that shows whether financing changes your signed-job rate

We are not:

  • a lender, loan broker or financial adviser. We never take credit applications, see homeowners' financial information, quote rates or influence approvals.
  • a contractor. We don't install, repair, inspect or service roofs, so we never compete with you for work.
  • a law firm. We summarise public rules on credit advertising, anti-spam and privacy, and link the official sources; your own advisers interpret them.

How we work

Our approach follows a few habits that came out of many years building websites and campaigns for trades businesses.

  1. Start from your numbers. Before recommending anything, we look at last season's estimates, signing rate and average ticket. The estimate math guide shows the method.
  2. Use the lender's words. Financing marketing goes wrong when it drifts from what the lender approved. We build lender review into every timeline.
  3. Respect the homeowner. No invented urgency, no approval promises, no messages without consent.
  4. Measure honestly. If financing isn't adding signed roofs, the report says so.
  5. Leave you owning everything. Pages, ad accounts and templates are yours.

Why a dedicated roofing-finance service

General marketing agencies tend to treat financing as a banner on the homepage. Lender programs tend to provide a logo and a brochure. Neither tells you how to raise the subject at the kitchen table, when to mention it during a six-month estimate cycle, or how to know whether it's working.

We built Roofing.Finance to fill that gap for roofing companies specifically, because their seasons, ticket sizes and sales cycles are distinct. The services page describes the five ways we help.

Who we work with

Our clients are owners and managers of roofing companies, usually with one or more crews and an established local reputation. Some already have a lender program and want it used properly; others have just signed one and want it launched without mistakes.

We're a poor fit for a few situations, and we'd rather say so upfront:

  • companies looking for someone to arrange loans for their customers
  • companies that want ads promising rates or approvals the lender hasn't authorised
  • companies whose schedules are already full for the year, where more demand would only frustrate homeowners

Frequently asked questions

Who owns Roofing.Finance?

Roofing.Finance is one of the brands in the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies, founded and led by Ali Sedighi, MBA, from Vancouver, British Columbia.

Does Roofing.Finance have a financial interest in any lender?

No. We don't sell lender programs, earn commissions on loans or recommend particular lenders. Our fee comes from the roofing companies we work with.

Have you worked with roofing companies before?

Our published case studies are from our HVAC work, and we present them that way. The methods, such as clear service pages, tracked calls and disciplined follow-up, transfer to roofing; the specific results don't automatically.

Where are you located?

We're headquartered in Vancouver, BC, and work with roofing companies across all ten provinces and three territories, meeting by video call or in person as well as by phone, text and email.
